Name, email, and household details (marital status, number of children).

Professional & Military History

Branch, rank, MOS, years of service, and character of service.

Financial Information (Sensitive)

Monthly income, pension estimates, budget status, and emergency fund availability.

Health & Disability Information (Sensitive)

VA disability ratings and "disability impact" status.

Geolocation & Future Planning

Current city, relocation preferences ("Dream City"), and housing ownership status.

2. Purpose of Processing Sensitive Information

We process your Sensitive Personal Information (health and financial data) strictly to:

  • Calculate accurate post-military financial projections and VA benefit estimates.
  • Provide data-driven housing recommendations (e.g., your "Recommendation Score").
  • Tailor career field advice based on your specific military background and disability status.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those necessary to perform the services reasonably expected by an individual requesting such services.

3. Data Siloing & Security

Internal Boundaries

This data is used exclusively for the Life Post Military transition engine. It is never shared with any third parties.

Service Providers

Data is stored securely in Supabase and processed via Resend/Brevo for essential communications only.

No Sale or Sharing

We do not sell any category of information collected, especially not your sensitive health or financial data.

4. Retention Period

We retain your transition profile as long as your account is active to provide ongoing benefits research. Financial and medical snapshots are deleted upon account closure.
